Terms and Conditions:
1. To be eligible to win this Raffle prize package you and your partner must be;
2. The total number of tickets offered in the Raffle is 500 ranging from 001 to 500 inclusive. The total value of the prize package is estimated at $20,000. See here for full details of the package inclusions. The prize package is intended to be used for a wedding or vow renewal on Saturday 12 October 2019 at time to be determined by the winner in agreement with The Organiser. The prize must be redeemed by this date unless agreed to by all parties. The package includes catering and seating for up to 75 guests – the cost of catering for any additional guests will be at the winner's expense, in consultation with the relevant suppliers.
3. Explicitly not provided is any alcohol due to the licensing rules of the Gambling Act 2003, but it can be brought to the venue.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for tickets lost, damaged or delayed in the post. The Organiser will have a record of the ticket number and it will still be included in the draw.
5. Ticket sales close on 5 July 2019. The winner will be drawn by blind computer selection at 10am on 6 July 2019 at Masterton Police Station, Masterton under Police supervision. The results will be notified to the winner by phone and email. If the winner fails to respond he or she will be contacted at least once per day for 14 days. If after 14 days the winner fails to respond or declines the prize for whatever reason, we will conduct a redraw. The winner will also be announced on 8 July 2019 on this website, as well as www.hospicewairarapa.co.nz and the Hospice Wairarapa Facebook page. Any officer of the organizer or their immediate family is not eligible to enter the prize draw.
6. If the winning couple cannot be contacted or if the winning couple fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements above, or is otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions, in may result in forfeiture of the prize and The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify that couple without further liability to that couple, and, following a redraw offer the prize to an alternative couple and thereafter until a winner is found.
7. The winner will be responsible for liaising with the package contributors directly (a full contact list will be provided) to discuss their individual requirements, up to the dollar value and within the prize parameters stated. If contact and mutually agreed arrangements haven't been made with all relevant contributors by 31 July 2019 the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and the raffle will be redrawn.
8. There will be no cash alternative for winners who cannot accept their prize. The Prize should be viewed as one package and cannot be used in parts. No part of it can be on-sold or transferred to another party. The prize is a fixed package. Any changes to the products/services which form the prize package, above and beyond that stated can be negotiated with the relevant parties at the winner's discretion and cost. All other additional expenses or substitutions are the responsibility of the winner. The organiser reserves the right to change suppliers for any reason. The Winner agrees to address any claims in respect of any prize direct with the relevant prize supplier.
9. The products and services forming the prize have been agreed in good faith by The Organiser with the suppliers of the prizes. The Organiser accepts no liability or responsibility for the provision of or failure to provide products and/or services from a supplier.
10. Tickets cost $50 each. Multiple tickets may be purchased.
11. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the raffle on 5 July 2019 if a minimum of 300 tickets are not sold. In the event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be contacted by phone or email and all money will be refunded. A notice will also be posted on this website.
12. The winner accepts that their details and photographs of the event may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes.

The Location:
A stand alone venue and a tastefully renovated main house, the Landing at Homebush is set in several acres of landscaped gardens, located just 5 minutes from Masterton. The Landing at Homebush provides a romantic and elegant country setting for your wedding. Choose to have your ceremony at a number of outdoor areas such the chapel vineyard, by the rose and ivy archway or in the gazebo. There is tennis, croquet, petanque and giant checkers to amuse the young and the young at heart during drinks/canapes. Follow your ceremony with a reception that can be anything you want it to be, from a luncheon, picnic, high tea garden party or the traditional dinner/dance. The Cause:
The Win a Wairarapa Wedding Raffle is being organised by the Hospice Wairarapa Community Trust and all net proceeds will go towards ensuring Hospice can continue to provide their services free of charge to those dealing with any kind of terminal illness in our local community.
